Meet the Speakers
John Paul Narowski – Founder and CEO, karmaSpeaker
John Paul was thrown into business at age 18, taking over his father’s Amish Furniture company before he turned 21. He’s had his nose deep in technology since he was 15, learning how to code by breaking things and then fixing them. He’s spent years refining his craft, and loves crafting clean, elegant interfaces. JP has founded and grown several companies over the years, including karmaCRM – a CRM built for true small business owners. He believes in team autonomy, results-only work environments, and work-life harmony.
Shirley Robinson – Customer Advocate, karmaSpeaker
Shirley found her passion for technology at a young age. After receiving her first computer as a gift at the age of eight, she quickly began troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software on her own. She has always been constantly in search of innovative solutions. Even at her first job with the Arkansas Highway Department, where her job was to scan books into Word documents, she upped the ante and took it upon herself to develop a database that cataloged every single book and made them instantly accessible to the entire Research and Development Department. Today, Shirley is the Customer Advocate at karmaCRM and karmaSpeaker where she has spent the last eight years helping users find ways to drive sales and increase their revenues.
