And in the past weeks, we’ve taken that feedback and implemented five new and improved features to help enhance your karmaSpeaker experience.
These features include:

- Automated Task Templates: This feature is a massive upgrade and it will help you remain even more organized when it comes to managing your leads. It allows you to create task templates that automatically apply as you change gig stages. You can also preconfigure your to-do items for each stage so that as soon as you update to a new phase of your sales funnel, your checklist of items will automatically apply to your dashboard.
- Arrangeable Email Templates: Take control of your email templates by putting them into an order that makes sense to you. When you rearrange them, your changes will be auto-saved. Then, they will be in order on the email template page as well as when you go to send an email.
- Archivable Campaigns: Once a campaign is completed, you can archive it rather than keeping it constantly visible. This will help reduce clutter for your dashboard and allow you to toggle more efficiently between active campaigns. If you need to access an archived campaign at a later time, you can easily reactive it.
- Default Calendar Settings: If you’re constantly checking your calendar, you can make it the default display when you go to your Activity tab.
- Send Later Feature: We’ve drastically enhanced the “Send Later” feature so that you can specify exact dates and times when an email will be distributed. This feature is extremely helpful in scheduling outbound marketing campaigns, or if you’re working late but don’t want to send emails to your clients after hours.
